Environmental Assessment
This will be a detailed top to bottom assessment of your facility identifying issues in the physical environment. Once complete you will receive a detailed report identifying each issue which will have the location and picture attached. The report will help you create and track action plans and provide clean reports to your C-suite.
Document Review
This is a complete review of your regulatory document library. This will include but not limited to testing and inspection documentation, policy and procedures, drills and exercise reports, meeting minutes, and the emergency operations plans. We have access to many document templets that have been tested during real surveys.
Workplace Violence Assessment
This is a detailed assess of the organizations WPV program. This will include a onsite security assessments of each operating department, staff interviews, training and education review, injury data, and a WPV committee review.
Mock Survey
Our consultants will come on site and conduct a mock survey using the same process schedule your accreditation organization life safety surveyor will use. This will identify gaps in your survey response and how to correct the before the big day.
